LRAC provide a flexible response to groups and individual needs. The centre sits in 33 acres in an area of outstanding beauty. The facilities are for hire to the local community to do various activities.

There is Equestrian facilities with indoor and outdoor arenas for use for private hire and for groups to hold competitions. The local RDA group are based at the centre.

There is also a whole range of different spaces that can be hired out from office spaces, to meeting rooms, classrooms, kitchens, garden and woodland areas and a kennel and small animal care space.
